Your spouse's SSN was not provided on your tax return. If you report a spouse exemption, then your spouse's SSN must be provided.
Fix #1: Log into your PriorTax account and enter the valid social security number for your spouse right from the rejection status page. Then, resubmit for filing.
Fix #2: Log into your PriorTax account and remove your spouse exemption. Then resubmit your return for filing.
