present; Other Person Name -1 Child 1 (SEQ 0310) and Other Person Relationship -1 Child 1 (SEQ 0320).
If Child 2 is present, then the following must be present;Other Person Name -1 Child 2 (SEQ 0380)
and Other Person Relationship -1 Child 2 (SEQ 0390).
