I received an email stating that there was a message waiting for me on my status page, how do I read and respond to it?

You can view and respond to messages from PriorTax by logging in to your account and scrolling down to the bottom of the page. There in the live support chat box you can access messages from the customer service team and send them a message if you are having issues with the site or your return.
